The Montana Military Museum Store has many items related to the exhibits that may be of interest to museum visitors. These include T-shirts (with various logos), as well as caps, shoulder patches, insignia, decals, bumper stickers, DVD’s, and commemorative coins. A unique and popular item the store carries is an authentic replica of the V-42 combat stiletto and sheath carried by members of the First Special Service Force (FSSF). The knife is produced by the Boker Knife Company of Solingen, Germany.
A popular section of the museum store is our collection of military histories. From the period of the Indian Wars, to books about the FSSF, Montana’s 163rd Regiment service in the New Guinea and the Philippines, other excellent offerings. We also have books on Lewis and Clark in Montana. Dog sled legend Dave Armstrong’s book: Camp Rimini and Beyond: WWII Memoirs is about the training of sled dogs during WW II at Camp Rimini near the Continental Divide and is very popular with World War II history buffs.
Museum members receive a 15% discount on all purchases through the museum Store. All sales will be used to support the activities of our all-volunteer, non-profit museum. We are also the official “Kit Shop” for the First Special Service Force Association and carry a variety of FSSF memorabilia including shoulder patches, collar pins, challenge coins, decals and excellent histories.
